New Level Results is proud to celebrate a decade of delivering life-changing, transformational coaching. Our journey began when professional coaches Andrew Duncan and Simon Teague came together with a common question in mind: “How do we measure the impact of our coaching and demonstrate the return on investment to our clients?” Together, they identified three key solutions. Firstly, they recognized that lasting behaviour change requires coaching over an extended period. True transformation stems from a shift in thinking and beliefs about oneself, leading to tangible and enduring changes in circumstances.
Secondly, to unlock clients’ full potential, a holistic approach was essential. This involved creating a comprehensive plan that painted a clear picture of where clients aimed to be in 12 months, envisioning their best year yet.
Lastly, to ensure clients remained accountable, adhered to their plans, and developed confidence, a means of mapping and tracking progress was vital. Recognizing the absence of suitable software, New Level Results embarked on a journey to develop their own bespoke solution, filling a significant gap in the coaching marketplace.
Unforeseen by the Directors, this endeavour not only transformed their business but also opened up numerous new opportunities. The onset of the pandemic further catalysed a monumental shift in mindset, highlighting the receptiveness of people to remote coaching.
Today, armed with a potent coaching methodology and cutting-edge software, we can coach individuals from any corner of the globe, facilitating impactful coaching conversations and demonstrating tangible results.
