Work ON your business:

The Peer Growth Programme allows you time to reflect and plan, with the benefit of several other entrepreneurs input fortnightly. You will gain invaluable insights into what other business owners are doing to navigate the political, economic, social and technological challenges we are all facing today. There are six fortnightly sessions of up to 2 hours and you can join virtual sessions from the comfort of your home or office.

Fantastic Results:

We have structured the programme based on the enormous success of working with hundreds of other companies on previous Peer to Peer Programmes. Activities take place in structured, small-group sessions, led by a skilled professional facilitator to make sure you see real results in return for the investment of your time. You will also receive up to 2 hours of 1:1 coaching from an experienced business coach who will help you to create a robust plan for your business for the next 12 months.

Your own Board of Directors:

The Peer-to-Peer Growth Programme brings together business leaders to work collaboratively and solve common problems.

It’s like having your own board of directors, while also giving fellow business owners the benefit of your knowledge and experience. You will not be placed in a group with any competitors, because we want you to be able to share your expertise freely and benefit from others.

How it works?

Our professional facilitators will support you and a group of up to 10 other fellow business leaders as you work together to problem solve and share ideas. All topics discussed in the sessions are selected by the individuals in the group, as you work together to create tangible solutions in a collaborative, non-competitive environment.

Participants receive 1:1 support matched to your specific needs to help you build a strategic one page plan for you and your business for the next 12 months.

Who is this programme for?

It is now open to small to medium size businesses in your region who meet some simple eligibility criteria. All you need to do is express an interest by completing this enquiry form and a member of our team will be in touch. This is to ensure that you are placed in a peer group which matches you to like-minded peers with similar challenges and opportunities, so you get the most from the programme.

This programme is open to all ambitious business owners with 2+ employees, and turnover of £100,000+.
