Finance Director Business exceeds revenue targets
Catalina launched her business, Finance Director London, in 2017, to provide external, part-time financial directorship, accounting, and bookkeeping services. Her business model targets start-ups and growing businesses that require financial expertise but who cannot afford or need a full-time finance director.
The business has grown in terms of revenue and staff and now with a wide distribution of clients across London. Despite successful client relationships across London, Catalina recognised the need for a new strategy to accelerate her business growth After noticing New Level Results on a client’s bank statement, she considered how a Business Coach might help her define and refine her goals
Working with an NLR coach, together they created a one page plan designed to enhance her mindset for business expansion, create new goals and at the same time hold her to account for the things she deemed important. She embarked on a 12-month business coaching approach with New Level Results and hasn’t looked back!
Catalina has significantly enhanced her business and personal development. She had to raise her revenue targets after surpassing the initial ones halfway through the programme and has expanded her public presence by engaging in social media, podcasts, articles, and speaking at events. Her growing reputation was highlighted by becoming a finalist in the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry 2024 Service Excellence Award for SMEs.
