Andrew discovered the need for quality attitudinal coaching and corporate transformation within the commercial sector, some 18 years ago.
Working closely with many 'blue chip' businesses, his client list is impressive: Legal and General, Royal Bank of Scotland, Scottish Widows Investment Partnerships, Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva, Nat West Bank, Coutts Bank, Fresh Olive, Young Epilepsy, Barnardos, Royal British Legion Institute and St James Place to name a few.
Andrew also coached the ‘Coxless Crew’ four ladies who rowed unaided across the Pacific Ocean, setting two new world records.
Andrew has 25 years experience of coaching individuals and teams. He is passionate about unlocking individuals full potential and helping them to reach levels of performance they would not have believed possible.
Industry Experience
Andrew began his career as a Financial Consultant at the tender age of 19 and was promoted to Team manager before the age of 21, managing individuals over twice his age. After joining a Blue Chip Financial Services company, he continued his career in sales management where he enjoyed rapid promotion through the ranks to Sales Director leading a 1500 strong Financial Services sales force with income generation in excess of £150 million. The winner of many industry awards; Investor in people assessors commented “The degree of managerial effectiveness is amongst the best we have ever observed as assessors”
